Paradise on the River is a custom furnished house 2 bedroom, 2 bath with 1 whirlpool jacuzzi tub, ceiling fans and dimmer lights in every room, vaulted ceilings, new laminated wood floors. Amenities include :  washer/dryer, filtered water/ice maker in 2 door  refrigerator , stove, microwave, dishwasher , 32" TV/Cable, WI.FI. keyboard and CD/Radio player. Other accommodations include : 600 count linens, towels, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, coffee pot /coffee, teas, spices, condiments, etc.. Outside furniture, picnic table, BBQ pit, hammocks, canoe & tubes available.  Paradise on the River has peaceful, quiet country surroundings on a private drive with one acre access to the beautiful San Marcos River. Activities include: swimming, tubing, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, snorkeling,  camping , enjoying a camp fire, bird watching,or just gazing at the stars. There are also some Peacocks that hang around the neighborhood that are fun to see as well.

This ultimate get away is located in central Texas in the city of Martindale on the San Marcos River.  Martindale is 5 miles east of San Marcos. San Marcos is 30 miles South of Austin and 40 miles north of San Antonio.  There are many fine restaurants, live entertainment, golf courses, historic sites, shopping and antiques to visit.

Wonder World Cave, Aquarena Springs, Texas State University,-10 min's, Historic Gruene , Schliterbaun water park - 20mins, Wimberley - 20 min., Fentress- Skydiving - 10 mins,  Canyon Lake - 20 min,  Austin -  30 mins,  San Antonio - 40 mins.

Shopping:
Tanger Outlet Mall in San Marcos, Cabella's in Buda-  Home furnishings store in Martindale. Take the back roads  to the outlet or Cabella's if you want to avoid interstate 35

Rates: Over 2 people add $10.00 per person per night

Daily and  some weekly availability - 2 Night minimum

Fall Rates -  Oct - Nov - $135.00 nightly

Winter rates - Dec-Feb - $135.00 nightly                                                           
Spring rates - March- April - $175.00 nightly( up to 6 guests)
Summer rates -  May- Sept - $175.00 nightly

Weekly (Fall  & Spring Rate) - $800.00    (winter) - $750.0

No weekly rates for Summer.

Deposit: Refundable- if no damage to house and to secure dates
1 night deposit required for 2 night stay, 3 night deposit for weekly stay.- please give more than 2 weeks notice for cancellation-  may forfeit all of deposit if cancellation less than 7 days- may forfeit 1/2 of deposit if less than 8-13 days. If we are able to book the cancellation dates we will kindly refund your deposit.

Check Out:
Please leave the place as it was found or pay $75.00  for cleaning service   ( you  don't have to wash sheets or make beds)  just strip beds and sweep or vacuum before you leave- Thanks!

 Therapeutic massage available on site  with 2 days prior notice -$60.00 hr
Professional musicians also available for your own private party- $ 50.00 for solo 1-2 hrs. $75.00 for duo. 150.00 -200 for full band-velvety neo swing, folk, rock, blues, jazz)  or request a genre, we'll see if we can set it up.
